 Laser cutting company Ohio Laser LLC is celebrating its 10th anniversary of operations during the month of October 2011.
Company President Gregg Simpson said “the key to our continued growth -in spite of a succession of economic downturns during the last decade- has been the hard work and dedication of our employees and their willingness to become early adopters of the most advanced laser cutting technologies in the world.”

- A new laser tube cutting 3600-Watt Trumpf TruLaser 7000 laser cuts square tubes 8” thick and round tubes up to 10” with wall thickness of 1/2”!
- The laser tube cutting capabilities are some of the fastest and most advanced in the world. This is the first system of its kind in Ohio and the Midwest.
- NEW 3D laser scanning and reverse reengineering. The 3D laser scanning system gives customers peace of mind with a 100% inspection regime throughout the entire forming / assembly process. It also provides for significant reverse engineering capabilities.
- NEW ISO 9001:2008 certification. ISO 9001:2008 certification requires companies to keep detailed records, manage sets of procedures covering key processes in the business, quality check production output, regularly review individual processes and the quality system for effectiveness, and promote continual improvement. The product development phase in an ISO 9001:2008-certified company must include testing and documentation at each stage. This testing must ensure that products meet regulatory and design requirements and of course, customer needs.

.6” through 8” square tubes and 10” round
