tube cutting system cuts carbon steel tubes to .625 inch thickness, stainless steel tubes to .25 inch thickness, aluminum tubes to .125 inch thickness and

This computer aided design driven tube cutting machinery can accommodate oval, rectangular, round, and square tubes
with outside dimensions between .75 through 4 inch square and 6 inch round.

weld fixture costs and increases production output.
The system’s awesome production tube cutting capabilities includes tube cutting speed up to 2362 inches per
minute, an automatic pallet changer and focusing that is programmable.
The automated feeding handler can accommodate 21 foot long tubes of carbon steel, stainless
steel and aluminum with wall thickness capacity to .25 inches. Manual loading of the laser tube cutting machine can handle tubes up to 24 feet in length.

reduced lot sizes and processing of a wide variety of metal alloys.
